Jai Shri Ram,

II Sri Ram Jai Ram Jai Jai Ram II

We covered up to Doha 189 of Balkand in Ramcharit Manas of Tulsidas and learned that King Dashrath has shown remorse for not having a son, Guru Vashishtth then performed a Yagna for him to get sons which has given the desired result and Agnidev has presented with a sacred concoction to be administered to the deserving persons.

The King then called all his queens (who else deserved to be given the sacred Prasad) and Kaushlya ji and other wives of Dashrath came there. Dashrath gave half of the offering to Kaushlya and divided rest in to two part again, of these two part one was handed to Kaikeyi and the remaining converted in to two, these last two parts were given to Sumitra by the hands of Kaushlya and Kaikeyi with geart pleasure (this distribution should be kept in mind as later we will see that Ram is born to Kaushalya and Bharat to Kaikeyi and of two sons of Sumitra one gets more attached with Ram and the other to Bharat while all have divinity, Ram represents the God Supreme).

This is how all the three queens of Dashrath became pregnant, this made all of them very pleased and happy at heart (like a would be mother always feels). Right from the time Lord Hari came in to the womb (as Ram, an avatar) of Kaushalya, the whole world itself became comfortable and endowed with riches. The three queens of Dashrath then beamed gloriously in side the palaces(as happens with ladies who are pregnant that they become more attractive etc), they were even otherwise also wonderfully beautiful, had an aura of benign influence around them and were very virtuous. This is how some time went by with enjoyment etc and then arrived the moment when the Lord Hari was to manifest.

This particular hour had all congenial combination of zodiacal signs and the planets. The day of the week and the date of the month also were the desired ones. The animate and the inanimate creation felt a surge of happiness and why not because the birth of Ram is the very root through which all happiness finds support and nourishment (and that Ram had already was now present in the womb of Mata Kaushalya, it was a real cause of celebration to all around).

We ahve now covered up to Doha 190 of Balkand.
