We covered up to Doha 21 of Kishkindha Kand in Ramcharit Manas of Tulsidas in the last post and this is further to it.

Lord Shiv told Parvati, “Uma, I have myself seen that massive collection of the troops comprising of moneys, only a fool would want to give a count of them all. All memebers of army came to pay respect at the feet of Shri Ram turn by turn and all of them keenly looked at the charming face of Shri Ram and felt like they now had come under protection of a great master.

“Shri Ram also personally asked welfare of every one of the moneys in the army, none was left out; this is hardly some thing beyond in scope for the Lord. Raghuraj Shri Ram is none other than all pervading Supreme Lord of Universe who appears as the manifested world too.”

(Shri Ram demonstrated here that if total commitment from helpers is expected it is necessary also to have a personal touch with them.)

The moneys than stood at the specified places as per the direction and Sugreev then explained them the task at hand and said, “What we are going to do is for the cause of Shri Ram, the Lord; it my wish as well as command also that the teams of monkeys may now leave here and spread in all directions to trace Sita. You all have to come back withing a period of one month and whoever will be back later than month and still without the whereabouts is going to meet his end at my hands.”

(The instructions to subordinate workers should be clear and the time specified for accomplishment of task should be known to them, as an able administrator Sugreev knew it and practiced too.)

The rank and file of the army of monkeys then left immediately as instructed and later Sugreev summoned his confidants who were high ranking in hierarchy, namely, Angad, Nal and Hanuman.

We have now covered up to Doha 22 of Kishkindha Kand.
